Fall/Winter Events are mainly Indoor Space ONLY.


Food Truck Frenzy is OUTDOORS at the following Markets: Trick or Treat Halloween Market & A Christmas Night Jazz Market, The Grinch in Medicine Hat, A Winter Wonderland Airdrie

Limited outdoor space is available for these particular event unless indicated or may be considered upon request but cannot be guaranteed. If you require additional space, tables, chairs or an electrical outlet please indicate so on the application.

Additional space or outlets may not be available. Additional fees, permits for space, tables, chairs and electricity may also be required.

Space Measurements:

Indoor Table Space: Approximately 7X5 ((1) 6ft Table Length & Width).

Only 6 (QTY) 5x3 Spaces with: 4 Ft Tables are Only Available while quantities last.

Indoor Booth: Approximately 8x8, 10x10 or 10x20 area depending on venue location

Outdoor: Space is 10x10 area available upon request

Save $5 off Vendor Fee B.Y.O.T (Bring Your Own Table) or No Table Required. Not applicable on 5x3 Promo we will provide  a 4ft Table to ensure space accuracy.

Additional Fee may be applicable depending on event. Indoor Electricity: $10

Which Events are You Interested in Exhibiting

Vendor Fee:

All prices are per day, per table or stall unless otherwise stated

All fees must be paid in full prior to start of event.

Special Fees, Sales, Promos are not honoured after deadline and must be paid in full by deadline in order to entitled to discounted price.

Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received in full and may be subject to changed after promo ends.

No Booth Sharing is Allowed.

Unless otherwise stated on price package, these events are NON-REFUNDABLE and take place in  RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE.

 

Due to our  Holiday events being Free Admission we cannot guarantee attendance or if the public will purchase your products. Keep in mind that there are many great Holiday events going on this year as we approach the Christmas Season. We do not provide refunds or credits due to weather (unless extreme inclement weather), guest, vendors who do not support the spirit of the market season including social media post or because you did not reach your sales goals. Each vendor is responsible for their own booth, products & services.

Previous work  are implemented prior the event in cost which must be paid we thank you for your understanding.

Please note: All Vendors/Exhibitors are required to have their own insurance for their business. Proof of insurance may be requested prior, during or after the event or any time after registration. Failure to meet the request for proof of insurance will result in  immediate forfeit of Vendor/Exhibitor Fees and spot in current and future special events/markets.
